​For Street Cut 2026, we wrap the festival site in knitwear.

We want the square to be decorated with knitwear and crocheted items from local hands.

​

When we knit, we knit for friends and family. A warm and personal thing from me to you. We would like to give the festival site a warm and personal decoration from all of us for our joint festival. 

​

Street Cut will provide the materials, you just have to turn up with your knitting and crochet needles. You can of course also sit at home and knit or crochet.

​

We have been hoarding unused yarn from near and far for the project. If you have something lying in a dusty drawer, we will gladly accept it!

​

We will meet in the Officers' Mess at Grønnegades Kaserne Culture Center on January 21 at 17 at Grønnegade 10, 4700 Næstved, where there will be coffee and cake, while Niels-Peter Kløft will talk about his ideas, and he would very much like to hear your ideas. We look forward to meeting you so that we can get started with knitting and crocheting a lot of beautiful things over winter and spring.
